Coloring for a Cause Contest Rules
Coalition for Animal Concerns

Eligibility: The contest is open to all children and to all adults. Children and adults may partner and color together if one child is entered as the “Coloring Partner” on the Entry Form. The official winner is the first name listed on the Entry Form. The second name listed on the Entry Form is the “Coloring Partner

Eligible Categories: 4 to 6 years; 7 to 9 years; 10 to14 years; other. Any child may collaborate with a Coloring Partner on their entry as long as the Coloring Partner is another child or a senior 55 and older. Only one Coloring Partner is permitted per entry.

Entry Requirements: An entry fee of $15 payable to the Coalition for Animal Concerns is required to enter the contest. The entry fee of $15 includes the 2’ x 3’ coloring book, Sandi’s Furry Friends. The title page (1^st sheet) of the book must be colored and a photo of it held by the contestant(s) must be submitted along with the entry form to enter the contest. The photo and the entry form should be emailed to customerservice@digitalbugkids.com in JPEG format at 72 dpi or mailed to: DOVE VIDEO PRODUCTIONS; 225 SOUTHERN BLVD. SUITE 102; WPB, FL 33405 no later than September 3, 2007.

There are no limits on the number of entries. However, a separate entry fee, entry form, colored title page of Sandi’s Furry Friends, and a photo of it held by the contestant(s) must be submitted for each additional entry. Photographs become the property of Dove Video Productions, LLC and will not be returned.

Contest photographs which will be posted on www.digitalbugkids.com under the link, COLORING FOR A CAUSE. Only the first name and age of the child entering the contest will be posted on the website. Additional personal information will not be posted nor will it be provided to other organizations or persons.

Winners: Winners will be selected by the public through a voting process. First place winners from each category will be filmed with their book and their family for an episode of Coalition for Animal Concerns TV Show and will be broadcast on Cable Channel 15. Second place winners from each category will receive four complimentary tickets to the North Canton Playhouse which can be used for any play during the upcoming season. Transportation costs must be paid by the contestant. Neither Dove Video Productions, LLC nor The Coalition for Animal Concerns are responsible for transportation costs. Winning entries will be posted on www.digitalbugkids.com on September 10, 2007.

Voting: Voting will determine the winner and is open to everyone. Only one vote per person will be counted. Voters must provide their name, address, telephone number, and the contestant(s) entry number. To vote, go to the website www.digitalbugkids.com, click on the link, COLORING FOR A CAUSE, and submit your email vote or by mailing vote to DOVE VIDEO PRODUCTIONS; 225 SOUTHERN BLVD. SUITE 102; WPB, FL 33405 no later than Septermber 3, 2007.
