The CAC offers a low / no cost Spay / Neuter program for Stark County residents.  This program is a great benefit to local animals, and is highly recommended for a variety of reasons.  For information concerning why Spay / Neuter operations are good for your pet, please visit our Spay / Neuter Fact page.

The way the CACʼs program operates, is that all of the residents that wish to participate with in the program will show up at a specific time & location, where all of the animals will be loaded up into a van and taken up to One of a Kind Pets up in Akron, Ohio.  One of a Kind will perform the surgery, and we will bring the animals back to the same location in the evening, where they can be picked up.

Every animal needs to come in a carrier, and the owner information should be taped to the carrier.  For more information regarding our program, please call the CAC at 330-646-0759.  We are currently looking for Male Cats.  If we are unable to assist with the Spay / Neuter procedure of your particular pet, our Spay & Neuter Clinics page on the website offers alternative solutions to hopefully allow you to get this procedure performed for your pet.
