The Coalition for Animal Concerns (CAC) is a group of concerned citizens, rescue groups and veterinarians.
*Our goal is to improve the quality of life for the animals in Stark County, OH and surrounding areas.
*Whether it is improving conditions and adoptions at the dog pound, educating the public about spay/neuter and pet care issues, or organizing low-cost spay/neuter programs, we just want to make a difference for the animals.
