The Coalition for Animal Concerns

The Coalition for Animal Concerns (CAC) is a group of concerned citizens, rescue groups and veterinarians.

*Our goal is to improve the quality of life for the animals in Stark County, OH and surrounding areas.

*Whether it is improving conditions and adoptions at the dog pound, educating the public about spay/neuter and pet care issues, or organizing low-cost spay/neuter programs, we just want to make a difference for the animals.

Dumping an animal is against the law. If you ever witness an animal being dumped, get involved!
Record the license plate and try to get a description of the car and the driver. Do it in honor of the animals that weren't so lucky...
